Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All registration and onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal mindsets, finding a match elsewhere, or dissatisfaction with the available proposals.
Service Execution: Fees are paid for the process of matchmaking and access to our exclusive circle, not for a guaranteed final marriage outcome.
