Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the matchmaking services offered by Asli Rishta. By communicating with us through WhatsApp, email, or any other method, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue communication.

1. Service Nature

Asli Rishta provides **manual, private, and family-oriented matchmaking services** through WhatsApp and email. We do not use website forms, online profiles, or public matchmaking features.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our service.
  • All information you provide must be accurate and truthful.
  • False information may result in immediate termination of service.

3. Communication Channels

We operate strictly through:

  • WhatsApp (end-to-end encrypted)
  • Email

No other communication platform is officially recognized.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide correct, updated information when requested.
  • You agree not to misuse or misrepresent any details we provide.
  • You are responsible for verifying the identity and intentions of the matched family.

5. Confidentiality

  • All information shared by Asli Rishta is strictly private and must not be forwarded, posted, or shared publicly.
  • You may only share information with your immediate family members involved in decision-making.

6. Match Introductions

  • Matches are shared only after you provide necessary details.
  • Introductions are based on compatibility, availability, and mutual interest.
  • We do not guarantee the finalization of marriage.

7. Payments & Fees

  • A one-time registration fee applies at the time of joining. This registration remains valid until a proposal is finalized (mutual acceptance or engagement).
  • If a finalized proposal or engagement is later cancelled or does not proceed for any reason, a new registration fee will be required to resume proposal services. The registration fee does not provide lifetime or unlimited access.
  • All fees related to Asli Rishta services are clearly defined and publicly displayed on our website for complete transparency. There are no hidden or unexpected charges.
  • Any applicable fee will be communicated again before the service begins. All payments made to Asli Rishta are non-refundable.
  • Asli Rishta does not store or access your debit or credit card details at any time. Only transaction reference IDs may be securely retained for verification and legal record-keeping.

8. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide the best and most compatible matches, **we do not guarantee marriage, mutual acceptance, or outcome of any match**.

9. Termination of Service

  • You may discontinue the service at any time.
  • We reserve the right to terminate service if false information, harassment, disrespect, or unethical behavior is observed.

10. Safety & Verification

Although we verify families to the best of our ability, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making a final decision.

11. Data Handling

All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information is never shared without your explicit consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Asli Rishta, its team are not liable for:

  • Any outcomes of introductions
  • Decisions made by either family
  • Misunderstandings or disputes between matched parties
  • Any financial loss, emotional loss, or disagreements

13. Fraud & Misconduct

If a user provides fake documents, false information, or engages in unethical behavior, their service will be immediately terminated, and they may be permanently blacklisted.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept any updated Terms.
