Corporate Governance & Service Standards

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Documented operational standards, systematic compatibility vetting, and service excellence protocols — the foundation of every introduction we make.

Three Core Standards

What Quality Means at Asli Rishta

Compatibility-First Vetting

Every profile is assessed manually by a senior consultant against sect, education, professional standing, family background, and lifestyle criteria before any introduction is made. Quality means never sharing a profile that does not genuinely fit.

Absolute Data Integrity

No profile is ever publicly listed, digitally indexed, or shared without explicit mutual consent. Our zero-exposure data protocol ensures that every family's information is handled with the same discretion they apply to their most private matters.

Continuous Improvement

Our processes are reviewed regularly based on family feedback, outcome data, and consultant assessments. We refine our vetting checklists, expand staff competency, and update our protocols to continuously raise the standard of every introduction.

Quality Assurance Policy

ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited  ·  Document Ref: ARP-QA-2026-V1  ·  Effective: June 2026

Asli Rishta Pakistan (ARP), operating under ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited (SECP CUIN: 0338550 · FBR NTN: J150929), is committed to delivering elite matrimonial consultancy to the highest standard of professional care, personal dignity, and operational integrity. This Quality Assurance Policy defines the standards, objectives, and continuous improvement framework that governs every aspect of our service.

01

Quality Commitment Statement

Our quality commitment is built on a single principle: every family we serve deserves a genuinely compatible introduction, managed with complete professionalism and absolute discretion. We do not measure quality by the number of profiles shared — we measure it by the relevance, authenticity, and dignity of every single introduction.

  • Compatibility Over Volume: We will never share a profile simply to demonstrate activity. A smaller number of genuinely compatible introductions is always preferable to a high volume of unsuitable ones.
  • Dignity in Every Interaction: Every family — regardless of their background or category — is treated with equal dignity, respect, and professionalism from the first consultation to the final introduction.
  • Accountability at Every Stage: Every introduction is made by a named senior consultant who takes personal responsibility for the compatibility assessment and the conduct of the process.
  • Honest Communication: We communicate honestly with families at all times — including when a suitable match is not yet available, when timelines cannot be given, or when expectations need to be adjusted.
02

Profile Assessment & Compatibility Screening Standards

The quality of our introductions depends entirely on how carefully each profile is assessed before any introduction is made. Every profile in our private registry has been reviewed by a senior consultant through our multi-point compatibility screening process.

Important Scope Clarification: Asli Rishta Pakistan is a matchmaking consultancy — not a verification agency. We do not conduct physical visits, document authentication, forensic checks, or any form of independent investigation. Our process is entirely based on reviewing and assessing the biographical information voluntarily provided by families to our consultant. Final independent due diligence remains the exclusive responsibility of both participating families before any marital decision is made.

  • Biographical Assessment: All information provided by the family — background, education, professional standing, overseas status, and residential area — is reviewed by our consultant for internal consistency and overall plausibility. We assess what we are told; we do not independently verify claims through external agencies or official channels.
  • Compatibility Multi-Point Screening: Before any introduction is made, our consultant screens for compatibility across sect, caste (where applicable), educational tier, professional standing, family structure, lifestyle expectations, and geographic base. All points must genuinely align before a profile is presented to another family.
  • Misrepresentation Protocol: If any profile is found to contain deliberately misleading or exaggerated information — whether discovered during initial assessment or reported subsequently — it is permanently removed from our registry and the client is terminated without refund.
  • Client Obligation to Update: Clients are responsible for promptly informing our consultant of any material change in their circumstances — relocation, change of employment, change in family situation. Outdated or inaccurate profiles undermine the quality of our introductions and are corrected or deactivated when identified.
03

Data Integrity & Confidentiality Standards

Data quality and data security are inseparable from service quality. A profile that is accurate but not secure is not a quality profile — and a secure system that handles inaccurate data produces poor introductions. We maintain both simultaneously.

  • Zero Public Indexing: No client data, profile description, photograph, or family detail is ever made publicly accessible, search-engine indexable, or exposed on any open platform. Our registry is entirely offline and private.
  • Consent-Based Sharing Only: No profile is ever shared with another family without the prior knowledge and implicit consent of the family being introduced. Blind sharing without awareness is never practiced.
  • Restricted Access: Access to our private registry is restricted to named senior consultants only. No administrative staff, junior employees, or external parties have access to client profile information.
  • Data Lifecycle: Client data is held only for the duration of active engagement. Upon request for erasure — or upon service conclusion — all biographical records, photographs, and associated communications are permanently deleted from our offline archives within 7 working days.
04

05

Quality Objectives & Service Benchmarks

Our quality system is guided by clear, measurable service objectives that define what good performance looks like across every dimension of our work.

  • 100% Vetting Before Activation: No client profile enters our active registry without completing the full compatibility assessment protocol. Zero exceptions.
  • Zero Unauthorized Disclosure: No client data is shared with any unverified party, any external organization, or any public-facing system at any time. Our confidentiality standard has zero tolerance for breach.
  • Relevance Over Quantity: Every profile introduced must pass our multi-point compatibility assessment before being shared. We target a high compatibility relevance rate — not a high volume of introductions.
  • Responsive Communication: All WhatsApp inquiries from registered active clients are responded to by a senior consultant within one working day during our operating hours of 11AM–8PM.
  • Continuous Consultant Development: Our consultants receive regular internal training on compatibility assessment frameworks, family value systems across different communities, communication standards, and data protection obligations.
  • Ongoing Registry Audit: Our active registry is periodically audited for data accuracy. Stale profiles, outdated information, and inactive registrations are reviewed and updated or deactivated accordingly.
06

Consultant Standards & Professional Conduct

The quality of our service is ultimately delivered by our consultants — the people who assess profiles, make recommendations, and manage family relationships. We hold our consultants to strict professional standards.

  • Impartiality: Our consultants do not favour any particular family, community, or client based on personal connections. Every assessment is made on objective compatibility criteria alone.
  • Discretion: Consultants are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. No client information is ever discussed outside of the professional context of the assignment being managed.
  • Honest Assessment: Consultants are trained and expected to give honest assessments — including telling families when a particular requirement may be limiting their options, or when a profile they favour may not be genuinely compatible.
  • Professional Boundaries: Consultants maintain clear professional boundaries in all client communications. Clients are expected to reciprocate this respect. Where a client relationship becomes professionally untenable due to abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct, service is terminated immediately in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Quality Questions

Common Questions About Our Standards

Every profile undergoes a multi-point compatibility assessment by a named senior consultant before activation. This covers sect, education, professional standing, family background, and lifestyle expectations. Any profile with inconsistent, implausible, or deliberately misleading information is rejected and the client terminated. No profile enters our active registry without passing this assessment in full.

Before any profile is shared, our consultant conducts a compatibility check across all relevant criteria — sect, caste (where applicable), educational tier, professional standing, family structure, geographic base, and lifestyle compatibility. All points must genuinely align before an introduction is made. We never share a profile simply to demonstrate that we are working — every introduction is purposeful.

All genuine quality concerns are taken seriously and addressed directly by our senior consultant or management. The correct channel for any quality feedback or complaint is info@aslirishta.pk or our WhatsApp terminal at +92 320 123 1111. We use genuine feedback to improve our vetting checklists and service protocols. Public campaigns against us are not an acceptable substitute for a private conversation and are addressed under our Terms of Service.

No. Our process is entirely based on assessing the biographical information voluntarily provided by families to our consultant. We are a matchmaking consultancy — not a verification agency. We do not conduct physical home visits, forensic document checks, or any form of independent investigation into financial claims, property ownership, or employment standing. We review what families tell us for plausibility and internal consistency. Final independent due diligence on all claims remains the exclusive responsibility of both participating families before any marital decision is made.

This policy is reviewed at minimum annually and updated whenever significant changes in our operational model, service scope, community requirements, or legal environment necessitate revision. The document reference number and effective date are updated with each revision. The most current version is always published at aslirishta.pk/quality-policy.
