REFUND POLICY

1. The 24-Hour Grace Period

We respect the gravity of engaging a professional matrimonial bureau. We provide a 24-hour window from the moment of payment to reconsider your application.

• Refund Eligibility: Cancellations requested within 24 hours are eligible for a refund minus a 10% Administrative Fee.
• Justification: This 10% deduction covers non-refundable third-party bank transaction charges and the immediate consultancy labor required to initiate your file.
• Activation: Beyond this 24-hour window, the registration is considered a final commitment and is strictly non-refundable.

2. Operational Protocols

To maintain the exclusivity of our circle, Asli Rishta adheres to the following service standards:

• No Time-Bound Obligations: We are not bound to share profiles within any specific daily or weekly timeframe.
• Database Compatibility: We only share profiles that possess a genuine potential for marriage. If a compatible match meeting your specific criteria does not currently exist in our verified database, we will not share generic profiles simply to fulfill a quota.
• Process vs. Outcome: Fees are paid for the professional manual vetting and liaison process. We do not provide a financial guarantee of a final marriage or engagement.

3. Post-Activation Finality

Once the 24-hour grace period expires, your case is officially activated. At this stage, fees are non-refundable regardless of:

• Finding a match through a personal reference or different source.
• A change in personal mindset or decision to pause the search.
• Dissatisfaction with the timeframe required for high-precision manual vetting.

4. Authentication & Due Diligence

Our 7-Step Vetting Process focuses on the rigorous authentication of biographical data, professional standing, and family credentials.

While we conduct intensive remote verification to filter out misrepresentation, the final physical 'Due Diligence' and home visits remain the responsibility of the families involved. In cases of discovered fraud, registration will be terminated immediately with no refund.

5. Refund Request Protocol

To exercise your right to cancel within the 24-hour grace period, contact your assigned WhatsApp Liaison or email info@aslirishta.pk with your transaction receipt.

Approved refunds (minus the 10% fee) are processed within 7-10 business days.
