REFUND POLICY

1. The 24-Hour Grace Period

We respect the gravity and immense importance of engaging a professional matrimonial bureau for your family. To provide complete peace of mind, we provide a strict 24-hour window from the exact moment of your initial payment transaction to reconsider your registration application.

• Refund Eligibility: Cancellations formally requested within this initial 24-hour window are fully eligible for a refund, minus a compulsory 10% Administrative Fee which will be withheld.
• Justification: This 10% deduction is necessary to cover non-refundable merchant bank account transaction charges, digital gateway fees, and the immediate manual consultancy labor required by our team to establish and open your file.
• Activation: Once this 24-hour window expires, the onboarding registration is legally categorized as a final commitment, and your case moves to active processing, rendering the funds strictly non-refundable.

2. Operational Protocols & Service Nature

To maintain the absolute privacy, security, and high standards of our matchmaking ring, Asli Rishta Pakistan (ARP) adheres strictly to the following service design parameters:

• No Time-Bound Obligations: We operate a high-precision, manual matching house and are not bound to share profiles within any arbitrary daily, weekly, or monthly timeframes. We work purely on compatibility, not timelines.
• Database Compatibility over Quotas: We only share profiles that possess a genuine, manually assessed potential for a blessed marriage. If a compatible match meeting your specific family requirements (Sect, Caste, Education, Location) does not currently exist in our registry, we will remain patient and will never share generic or unmatched profiles simply to satisfy an artificial quota.
• Process vs. Physical Commodities: The client explicitly understands that our service is a manual search, filtering, and consultancy process. Unlike purchasing a physical product or document processing service where a tangible outcome can be guaranteed by hand, matrimonial facilitation depends entirely on mutual family consent and human choices. Therefore, fees are paid to cover our manual operations and background labor, **regardless of whether a match is found or not**.

3. Post-Activation Finality

Once the 24-hour grace period has expired, your case is officially activated inside the corporate database of ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited. At this stage, because matching depends on variable factors and personal luck (*Naseeb*), fees are strictly non-refundable regardless of:

• Finding a separate matrimonial match through a personal reference, relative, or an outside digital source.
• A sudden shift in personal family mindset, changing criteria, or a decision to pause or cease the marital search altogether.
• Dissatisfaction with the natural timeframe or waiting duration required for our team to complete high-precision manual background vetting.

4. Authentication & Due Diligence

Our 7-Step Vetting Process focuses on the careful, remote evaluation and authentication of submitted biological data, professional standing, and family credentials.

While we conduct intensive remote data verification to filter out obvious misrepresentation and protect our circle, final physical due diligence, neighborhood checks, and home visits remain the exclusive responsibility of the families involved. If a candidate is discovered to have committed deliberate fraud or falsified documents during registration, their account will be terminated immediately by ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited with **absolute forfeiture of all fees and no refund**.

5. Refund Request Protocol

To exercise your legal right to cancel within the initial 24-hour grace period, you must formally contact your assigned WhatsApp Liaison or send an official message to our corporate inbox at info@aslirishta.pk, attaching your original payment transaction receipt.

Once reviewed and approved by management, refunds (minus the mandatory 10% administrative bank fee) are processed and credited back to your original source of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy forms a binding financial agreement with ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited. Any financial disputes, claims, or legal mediation arising directly from our matchmaking fees shall be governed strictly under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and shall be handled exclusively within the court jurisdictions of Lahore, Pakistan.
