REFUND POLICY

We respect the gravity and importance of engaging a professional matrimonial bureau for your family. To provide complete peace of mind, we offer a strict 24-hour grace period from the exact moment of your initial payment transaction to reconsider your registration.

• Refund Eligibility: Cancellations formally requested within the 24-hour window are fully eligible for a refund, minus a compulsory 10% Administrative Fee which will be withheld without exception.
• Why 10% is Deducted: This deduction covers non-refundable merchant bank transaction charges, digital payment gateway fees, and the immediate manual consultancy labor required to establish, assign, and open your matrimonial file upon enrollment — all of which are incurred at the moment of payment.
• File Activation: Once the 24-hour window expires, your case is officially activated inside the corporate management system of ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited. At this stage, the funds are considered a final commitment and are strictly non-refundable.

This is the question we hear most often, and it deserves a direct and honest answer. Our fees are non-refundable because you are not paying for a product — you are paying for a professional service that begins immediately.

• Professional Labor: Senior consultant time spent reviewing your file, assessing criteria, and beginning the compatibility search is non-recoverable once commenced.
• Registry Access: Your profile is entered into our private offline registry, cross-referenced against existing candidates, and maintained for the active duration of your file.
• Administrative Infrastructure: File creation, data documentation, and ongoing liaison management involve real costs that begin from day one.
• Process vs. Outcome: Our service is a manual search and consultancy process, not a physical product with a guaranteed delivery. Fees cover the operational work — not a promised outcome.

Once the 24-hour grace period has expired, fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Finding a match independently through a personal reference, a relative, or any external source — before or after we have begun your search.
• A personal change of mind, shifting family criteria, or a decision to pause or permanently halt the matrimonial search.
• Dissatisfaction with the natural waiting duration required for our team to identify a genuinely compatible match.
• No compatible match being currently available in our registry — fees cover the search process, not the guarantee of finding a match.
• A change in personal circumstances such as overseas relocation, health, financial changes, or family situation.
• Service termination due to conduct violations, misrepresentation, breach of confidentiality, or any other client-side breach — termination in these cases is immediate, permanent, and without refund.

Asli Rishta Pakistan does not operate a profile listing service. We are a compatibility-first consultancy — we share profiles only when a genuinely suitable candidate exists, not to satisfy a timeline.

• No Timeline Guarantees: We make no commitment to share a profile within any specific daily, weekly, or monthly timeframe. Introductions are made when a genuine, manually assessed match is identified.
• Waiting Is Not a Failure: A waiting period does not mean our service is not working. It means our consultants have not yet found a profile that meets your standards. That is the correct outcome — not a reason for refund.
• Divine Will (Naseeb): We firmly believe that marriage is decreed by Allah (SWT) and tied to each individual's personal destiny and timing. ARP operates as a diligent professional vehicle in the search — but the timing of the right introduction is ultimately beyond any human agency.

Our matching process is built entirely on the accuracy of the information provided to us. Deliberate misrepresentation — of any kind — is treated as a fundamental breach of the service agreement.

• Zero Tolerance for False Information: If a registered client is found to have provided false, exaggerated, or deliberately misleading information about their education, profession, family background, financial standing, age, or any other biographical detail, their registration will be terminated immediately and permanently.
• Absolute Fee Forfeiture: Termination for fraud or misrepresentation results in the complete and unconditional forfeiture of all fees paid, regardless of when the termination occurs. No refund, partial or otherwise, will be issued.
• Legal Action: In serious cases of deliberate fraud, ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited reserves the right to pursue formal legal action under applicable Pakistani law against the misrepresenting party.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel within the 24-hour grace period, you must formally contact us through one of the following channels:

• WhatsApp: Send a cancellation request to our WhatsApp terminal at +92 321 0072888 from the number associated with your registration, attaching your original payment transaction reference.
• Email: Send a formal cancellation request to info@aslirishta.pk from the email address on your file, including your transaction reference number and the reason for cancellation.
• Processing Time: Once reviewed and approved by our management team, refunds (minus the mandatory 10% administrative fee) are processed and credited back to your original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.
• Proof of Payment Required: A refund request submitted without the original transaction receipt or reference number cannot be processed. Please retain your payment confirmation at all times.

This Refund Policy forms a binding financial agreement with ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited. Any financial disputes, claims, or legal mediation arising directly from our matchmaking fees shall be governed strictly under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and handled exclusively within the court jurisdictions of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

ARP CONNECT (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be published at aslirishta.pk/refund-policy. Continued engagement with our services following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
